Iron (Wo)man har rennende nese, har jeg hørt!
This post is going to be in english, because it’s mostly about a race Ollie (the english guy i wrote about earlier) participated in when he was here. We named the race “The Ironman – who can beat the englishman!?” cause we figured no one could probably beat Ollies time anyway. As i wrote yesterday I just got the flu, and this time I decided to keep still and out of activity until I was perfectly healthy again. But as so many many times before something came up- something I just had to do.. Originally Emil and I was just going to take it slow during the race, and use it as a “try out” but when we started we both knew it was a matter of “going big, or going home!” The race is a combo, like a duathlon, of running down to the barn by the beach (pick up a board and continuing running towards the beach while carrying the god damn board) and paddling out to the pier, and then do the same on way back. By the time we reached the beach Emil was 50-100 m before me, so I knew I had to step it up when I reached the water. I managed to limit his lead, and when I saw he was REALLY tired i put in my turbo gear and paddled pass him on our way back to shore. We ran side by side all the way from the ocean and he only manage to beat me with ONE second!

very very impressed you are a real Iron Women
